Zoom training Breakdown

Basic/Personal Training:

  • A course consisting of 3 very powerful yet low impact exercises.  These exercises will teach you how to get in the "Qigong frame of mind", the basics of balance, Qi gathering, Qi emission and focus.
  • Simple but very effective Breathing Techniques. 
  • Qi Permeation exercise set practiced to remove stagnant Qi and replenish your body with new Qi. This exercise is the foundation of your daily  training.  
  • Introduction to "Song" a basic sound (tone) to balance your internal organs. Most commonly referred to as Vibrational Medicine in the West.
  • Introduction to the most commonly used Qigong terminology and their western definitions..

  • The 8 Pieces of Brocade  (Ba Duan Jin) Prevention exercise set.
  • Standing Pole exercise ( Zhan Zhuang). boost immune system and strength.
  • Standing and Sitting Meditation. 
  • Basic stances to increase strength and  agility.
  • Small and large circulation breathing techniques.
  • Introduction to self-acupressure techniques.
  • Introduction to self-massage.
  • Introduction to moving Qi internally and releasing  Qi blockages.
  • Exercises and practices to enhance your immune system.
  • 3 additional sounds and postures introduced: Tong, Shong and Kong.
  • Qigong Staff Set.

Advanced TRaining:

This level is designed for those who are interested in pursuing  a teaching path. 


  • In-depth study of Qigong theory and application. 
  • Study of Meridians, Vessels, Yin/Yang and 5 Elements/Phases theory and the 3 Dan Tians. 
  • Application of learned exercises in order to specifically address current and/or future health needs. 
  •  Organ color training and application. Combining posture, sound and breathing techniques.
  • Qigong Reflexology (foot, hands and ears) for self-help.
  • Organ specific self-massage.
  • 12 Palms (Yin) and 12 Fists (Yang) exercise sets  for enhancing Qi flow and strength respectively.
  • Tai Chi Qigong Moving Meditation exercise. 
  • Supine Meditation for healing.
  • Yin/Yang breathing.
  • 5 Gates breathing and training exercise.
  • Qigong moving set. (Dragon in Zen)

clinical/Medical Qigong Training:

Clinical/Medical Qigong training is NOT available as part of Zoom training. 

Clinical/Medical Qigong training requires hands-on training, energy exchange training (between practitioner and client), advanced practitioner self-improvement techniques and knowledge of proper application of  Qigong healing practices.  

A Clinical/Medical Qigong practitioner must be aware of  the limitations of their practice and the scope of their involvement based on the client's illness.  Be open to, and request that there be  open communication with their client's primary care provider. 

Note: A Clinical/Medical  Qigong candidate must first complete the teacher track.

Additional Information and FAQ

  • These courses are open to anyone above the age 18.
  • These courses are designed for one-on-one online training similar to private lessons.  These are NOT workshops.
  • Beginner and Intermediate courses  are designed for self-help/personal  training. The advanced course is for those interested in teaching others.
  • The student needs to fill out a release form and answer questions regarding their current health status before training can begin. 
  • Qigong of Tulsa recommends that the student speak to their primary health provider before beginning any health related training. 
  • We accept most major credit cards.
  • Upon completion of the Advanced Qigong Zoom Training level, the student is  encouraged to teach others.
  • Beginner and Intermediate students are NOT encouraged to teach others. 
  • The recipient of the Advanced Qigong Zoom Training certificate is recognized as an Preventive Qigong Instructor. 
  • Handouts will be provided during training for the student's future reference.  
  • Phone/Audio-only training is not a part of this training curriculum. The student must be visible during training.
